After 20 years as a renowned interior designer, Burns Century extends her love
of design through her contemporary fine art -- translating principles and elements to the canvas just as she
would a space. With organic objects found in nature and unique materials found in interiors, she composes
mixed-media, three-dimensional pieces that share an abstract message of emotion and meaning. Her collages exude textural
details and emphasize the soulful symbolism of color, rhythm and balance.
Residing in metro-Atlanta with her husband and son, Burns holds a BFA from Brenau University.
She has been published in many local, national and international publications for her interior design. Her art has been
